For events scheduled less than 90 days after signing the contract, payment must be made in full at time of signing.
Payment for Elopement Packages are due at the time of signing the contract.
Yes. All clients are required to obtain and maintain event insurance, including Host Liquor liability, in an amount not less than $1,000,000 USD for Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. On average, event insurance will cost you around $150 (typically depends on number of guests).

You and your guests may drink alcoholic beverages during the event. For liability and insurance purposes, this is one of the reasons that Event Insurance is required.

Absolutely! You will have time scheduled for both. However, guests should not arrive more than 30 minutes before your event starts.
Outdoor music must end at 10:30 pm and all guests are expected to depart by 11:30 pm
We have convenient parking lots with attendants and disabled parking is available. We also have special access and parking for the bridal party.
Clients are expected to do some general clean up. This includes picking up trash and clearing tables. There is a $300 clean up fee for clients who forego basic clean up requirements.
We have two locations for weddings and other ceremonies. They can take place in the gazebo by the pond or in The Lodge.
Clients are welcome to bring in their own specific décor, with restrictions: no open flames; no glitter; no tape, staples, or push pins; no permanent markers; no items that hang from the ceiling, ceiling fans, or hanging lights; or any materials that may cause damage to property. The Lodge must approve all décor items 30 days prior to the event.
The Lodge offers three suites each with a private bath and a shared kitchenette. The nearest hotel is two miles from The Lodge.
We do not allow fireworks (only those provided by the Lodge), firearms, glass bottles, campers, ATVs, or animals on the property. Smoking is only allowed in designated outside locations.

Once you've seen the facility and you're ready to lock-in your date, we'll get the contract signed. We are unable to reserve The Lodge for your event until the contract is signed and the $1,000 non-refundable holding deposit is paid.
